NO...
All classes are warm between 70-74 degrees
Only the classes that say HOTT are 85-95 degrees
Can I Bring Children
No.
For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the heated exercise room. Please arrange childcare in advance so you can fully enjoy your workout.
